Lorbul Tribe Beta v2.2

Version 2 of the upcoming mod Lorbul Tribe that adds a playable barbarian faction to the game. v2 has the first quest. Start it by talking to the innkeeper in the tavern, the Council or war guards.

This adds a palace south-southwest of the Vivec Temple.
Boat service is provided from the Temple.

What does this do?
It fixes some of the bugs involved with the master trainers

It add the medium armor master trainer to the game. Located at the Tel Fyr docks.
Also add boat transport from Sadrith Mora

Sirollus Saccus in Ebonheart now trains

THIS IS A SIMPLE MOD THAT ADDS ALL THE SHRINES TO OUTSIDE THE TEMPLE IN BALMORA.

This adds an estate on the hill just outside the south entrance of Balmora

This plugin makes skooma into an addictive substance, every
time you quaff a bottle of Skooma there is a chance that you
will become addicted. If that happens you will need to drink
a bottle of skooma every 24 hours. If you do not satisfy your
cravings in a timely manner your addiction will sap your
endurance and willpower, the longer you go without Skooma the
more you will suffer.

This adds an island south-south-west of Seyda-Neen full of khajjit.
